01Who we are
OneLabX operates this website. For the purposes of data protection law, we are responsible for (the "data controller" or "data fiduciary" of) the personal information described in this policy.
You can contact us about privacy at any time at onelabx@yahoo.com.
02Information we collect
Information you give us when you send an enquiry through our project form, our quick contact form or by email:
- Your name and business email address.
- Your company and country.
- Details about your project, such as project type, estimated budget, preferred engagement model and any description you choose to share.
- Any other information you include in your messages to us.
Information collected automatically when you visit the website:
- Technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested and the date and time of your visit, recorded in server logs by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
- Usage information, only if analytics are enabled — see the “Cookies and analytics” section below.
Please don't send us confidential or sensitive personal information (for example health or financial data) through our forms. If a project requires confidential information, we will agree an appropriate way to share it, such as a non-disclosure agreement.
03How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to your enquiry and discuss your project.
- Prepare proposals and, if we work together, deliver and manage our services.
- Keep the website secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- Understand, in aggregate, how the website is used so we can improve it (only where analytics are enabled).
- Comply with our legal obligations and protect our legal rights.
We do not sell your personal information, use it for third-party advertising, or make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
04Legal basis and consent
When you contact us, you give us your information so that we can respond — we process it with your consent and, where applicable, because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We process technical and security information on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure, reliable website. Where the law requires consent (for example for non-essential cookies), we will ask for it first.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. This does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.
06International transfers
We work with clients in India and internationally, and some of our service providers may store or process information in other countries. When information is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected in line with this policy and applicable law, for example through contractual safeguards.
07How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up. If an enquiry does not lead to an engagement, we delete or anonymise it within 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner. If we work together, we keep project records for as long as our agreement and legal obligations (such as tax and accounting rules) require.
Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.
08Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a breach where the law requires.
09Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or complete inaccurate information.
- Ask us to delete your information.
- Withdraw consent or object to certain processing.
- Receive your information in a portable format, where applicable.
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights, where the law allows.
- Complain to a data protection authority — for example the Data Protection Board of India, or your local supervisory authority in the EU or UK.
To exercise any of these rights, email onelabx@yahoo.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

This website and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

13Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make significant changes, we will make that clear on this page.
