Cloud Engineering

Cloud engineering for platforms that stay fast, secure and affordable.

Good infrastructure is invisible: deployments are routine, incidents are rare and costs are predictable. OneLabX builds and modernises cloud platforms on AWS and Google Cloud, with automation, security and observability designed in from the start.

01The challenge

Infrastructure that grew by accident.

Manually configured environments, fragile deployments and rising cloud bills are common symptoms of infrastructure that evolved without a plan.

AI workloads add new pressure: GPU costs, data pipelines and model endpoints all need the same discipline as the rest of the platform.

02Our approach

How we deliver cloud engineering.

  1. 01

    Assess

Review architecture, security posture, reliability and spend to find the highest-impact improvements.

  2. 02

    Design the platform

A reference architecture with environments, networking, identity and data designed for your workload.

  3. 03

    Automate

Infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines so every change is reviewed and repeatable.

  4. 04

    Operate and optimise

Monitoring, alerting, runbooks and ongoing cost and performance tuning.

03Capabilities

What we build.

  • Cloud application development

Applications designed for managed services, containers and serverless where each fits.

  • AWS and Google Cloud

Well-architected environments on the provider that suits your business and team.

  • DevOps and CI/CD

Automated build, test and deployment pipelines with safe rollbacks.

  • Infrastructure as code

Terraform-managed environments that are versioned, reviewed and reproducible.

  • Kubernetes and containers

Container platforms when the workload genuinely needs them — and simpler options when it doesn't.

  • Cloud migration

Planned, staged moves from on-premise or legacy hosting with minimal disruption.

04FAQ

Common questions.

AWS or Google Cloud — which should we choose?

Both are excellent. The right choice depends on your existing skills, services you rely on, data residency and pricing for your workload. We give an impartial recommendation based on those factors.

Do we need Kubernetes?

Not always. Many products run more simply and cheaply on managed or serverless services. We recommend Kubernetes when scale, portability or workload complexity justify it.

Can you help reduce our cloud bill?

Yes. We review usage, rightsize resources, improve architecture and set up cost monitoring so savings are sustained.

Can you support data residency requirements in India?

Yes. Both AWS and Google Cloud offer regions in India, and we design architecture to keep data in the regions your obligations require.
