AI Agent Development
AI agents that plan, use tools and get work done.
01The challenge
Agents are powerful, and easy to get wrong.
Unconstrained agents loop, call the wrong tools or take actions nobody approved. Without clear boundaries and observability, it is impossible to know why an agent behaved the way it did.
Successful agent systems are deliberately designed: narrow responsibilities, well-described tools, explicit checkpoints and complete traces of every decision.
02Our approach
How we deliver AI agent development.
- 01
Map the workflow
Break the job into steps, decisions and tools, and decide which parts an agent should own and which need a person.
- 02
Design tools and roles
Define precise tool interfaces, permissions and — for multi-agent systems — roles and hand-offs between agents.
- 03
Build with guardrails
Approval steps for consequential actions, spending and rate limits, timeouts and safe failure modes.
- 04
Trace, evaluate, iterate
Full traces of plans and tool calls, scenario-based evaluations and continuous tuning from real usage.
03Capabilities
What we build.
Custom AI agent development
Single agents built for a specific job, such as triaging requests or preparing reports, using your APIs and data.
Multi-agent systems development
Coordinated agents with distinct roles — planner, researcher, executor, reviewer — and structured communication.
Tool and API integration
Secure connectors to CRMs, ERPs, ticketing, email, databases and internal services, including MCP servers.
Human-in-the-loop design
Review queues and approval steps so people stay accountable for decisions that matter.
Memory and state
Short- and long-term memory, task state and resumable runs for long-running work.
Agent observability
Tracing, cost tracking and replay so every run can be inspected and debugged.

04FAQ
Common questions.
What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?
A chatbot mainly responds to messages. An agent pursues a goal: it plans steps, uses tools such as APIs or databases, checks results and continues until the task is done or it needs help.
When do you need a multi-agent system?
Only when a task genuinely benefits from separate roles — for example a planner and a reviewer — or from parallel work. Many problems are better served by one well-designed agent, and we will recommend the simpler option when it fits.
Can agents take actions without approval?
Only where you decide it is safe. We classify actions by risk and require human approval for anything consequential, such as sending external messages, changing records or spending money.
Which frameworks do you use?
We use established frameworks such as LangGraph where they help and plain, well-tested code where they don't. The choice is driven by maintainability for your team.
